Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Make and assemble boxes for warehouse operations.
Assist all departments where support is needed.
Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Verify picked items and quantities against bills of lading and shipping documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Assist with inventory counts and product restocking.
Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or other issues to supervisors.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This Job Requires:

Minimum of 2 years of stand-up and sit-down forklift experience.
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must successfully complete a customer interview prior to hire.
